This study delves into Hindu texts that categorize historical time into kalpas, manvantaras, and yugas. Through interdisciplinary analysis involving astronomy, archaeology, genealogy, genetics, and literature, the paper aligns these periods with evidence. It identifies a kalpa of 4320 human years, with the Braahm Kalpa overlapping early manvantaras and the Krita Yuga. The Varaha Kalpa spans later manvantaras and Treta-Dwapar-Kali Yugas, ending around 800 BCE. The study aims to guide present rulers by understanding past governance patterns reflected in yugas, using divine figures’ birth years as anchors. Astronomical dates for Vaivaswat Manu range from 8576 BCE to 2798 BCE. The Ramayana War is estimated between 7292 BCE and 1646 BCE, while the Mahabharata War ranges from 3300 BCE to 1124 BCE.
